About This Wine
Marlborough, New Zealand. This Sauvignon Blanc offers a textured and elegant palate with a distinctive mineral finish. Fruit from different sections of the Seaview Vineyard was carefully selected and harvested separately. After gentle pressing and 72 hours of cold settling, each lot was fermented individually with specially chosen yeast to enhance the varietal character. A long, cool fermentation preserved the pure aromatics before the wine was blended, stabilized, and filtered prior to bottling.
