Juicy, chillable, and crown-capped for casual fun. This organic blend from Piedmont combines 55% Barbera, 35% Freisa, and 10% Sangiovese, all grown on pale, chalky, calcareous-clay soils. The grapes are co-fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, with no pump-overs and minimal intervention. After fermentation finishes without skin contact, the wine rests on its fine lees for 4–5 months before bottling in a one-liter crown-capped bottle. Bright, fresh, and built for a good time—serve it chilled and let it shine.
