Crafted with a base of Vidal Blanc and infused with 27 botanicals, Method Dry Vermouth is a homegrown homage to the classic Chambéry style. Bright, herbal, and perfectly balanced, it’s a must-have for martini lovers—or anyone who appreciates a well-made vermouth.
Expect delicate notes of orange blossom, chamomile, lemon curd, and thyme on the nose, followed by a palate of ruby red grapefruit, white raspberry, fennel, and allspice. The finish lingers with wormwood, marjoram, white pepper, and just a wisp of menthol.
Perfect in a 50/50 martini, a crisp spritz, or sipped solo over ice. Classic, complex, and made closer to home.
