Marsannay, Burgundy, France. 100% Chardonnay. Fermentation in stainless steel followed by 8-10 months ageing in oak barrels. A bright and pale yellow colour, offering floral, vanilla and almond notes on the nose. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with a saline finish. This wine offers great freshness and length. Excellent with shellfish, fish, and white meat.
