From a storied 1.2-hectare plot in the Les Saintes Vierges lieu-dit on the eastern edge of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Old vines—average age 70 years—rooted in sandy soils rich with quartz, mica, and ancient shell fragments from the Miocene era.
A field blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, and 10% Counoise, farmed organically and biodynamically (Ecocert + Demeter certified). Hand-harvested and gravity-fed to tank, with fermentation lasting 20–30 days in stainless steel and aging for 18 months in Stockinger oak foudres and terracotta amphorae. Unfined, unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Floral and spicy with fine tannins and a clear sense of place. Elegant, expressive, and shaped by its unique terroir.
