About This Wine
From the village of Puimisson in Languedoc, southern France, this Syrah is grown organically and biodynamically on 15-year-old vines.
The grapes are gently pressed, with a light cold settling, then undergo soft, extended macerations in concrete vats to slowly extract color, tannins, and aromas. Bottled by gravity without filtration or fining, with just a light sulfur addition.
This rosé offers bright red fruit flavors balanced by a subtle herbal note on the palate.
