About This Wine

Sicily, Italy. Carricante, Cataratto, Minnella Bianca. This Bianco IGT is crafted from a blend of indigenous Etna grapes. Straw-yellow in the glass, accentuated by greenish reflections. On the nose, it is delicate and elegant, blossoming with floral notes. The palate is a delightful continuation of the nose, exhibiting a lively freshness and expressive fruit flavors that intertwine with a mineral undertone. The finish is persistent, mirroring the unique character of the Etna terroir.
