California. Organic. 100% Chardonnay
A pure, site-driven Chardonnay sourced from mountaintop vineyards in Mendocino Ridge, Santa Cruz Mountains, and Sonoma Coast. Featuring old Wente clones—including own-rooted vines—grown in rugged, weathered bedrock soils that lend precision and minerality. Native yeast fermentation followed by 9 months in seasoned French oak and an additional 9 months in stainless steel creates balance, texture, and energy.
Honeycomb, lemon zest, and pear with subtle brioche and a stony, saline edge. Vibrant and focused with a long, refined finish.
