From just one hectare of sandy, limestone-rich soils, this Lambrusco Ruberti is crafted in the traditional rifermentato style. After a short three-to-four day maceration, fermentation and aging take place in steel, with fresh juice added at bottling to spark its natural sparkle. The result is unfined, unfiltered, and bursting with character.
Delicate floral aromatics meet dark, brambly fruit, with acidity and minerality that cut like a knife. Think cherry cola vibes — playful, refreshing, and full of finesse.
