Sourced from granitic soils in Lixa, this Pet Nat is as raw and real as it gets. Hand-harvested, wild-fermented with a 3-day maceration and a sprinkle of chestnut flowers, then bottled with 18 g/L of residual sugar to finish fermentation naturally in the bottle. No disgorgement. No SO₂. Just cloudy, fizzy magic.
Tasting Notes: Juicy red berries, tangy citrus, and a salty, mineral snap. Playful, vibrant, and wildly refreshing.
