Long Island. Cabernet Franc. White Horse wines embody the strong heritage and high quality of Wölffer Estate. This wine has an elegant aroma, fruit-forward flavor, and great intensity. This wine will age beautifully and is a perfect companion to food. Dark cherry and fig notes are surrounded by well-integrated toasted oak and layers of velvet tannins. There is nice concentration of the fruit and a smooth but lively long finish. This is a beautiful Cabernet Franc, fruit-driven, sophisticated and balanced.
