Wild, raw, and wildly drinkable. Inspired by Basque cider traditions, RAW is dry, untamed, and buzzing with energy. It undergoes three fermentations—thanks to a mix of wild and wine yeasts—which gives it a beautifully earthy, layered character that’s pure New Paltz terroir.
Aged on the lees for at least 6 months, this cider is fresh, zippy, and mouth-puckering in all the right ways. Green apple, citrus, and a slight funk keep it exciting. No frills, no sugar—just crisp, clean acidity and big natural vibes.
