A true coffee amaro crafted by vapor-infusing Bluebird Vodka with botanicals, then blending it with freshly roasted Char & Stave coffee. Afterward, it’s dry-hopped with grapefruit peel and bittered with gentian and other worldly botanicals. The result is a bittersweet, roasty liqueur that walks the line between aperitif and digestif—equally at home sipped neat or mixed into your favorite coffee cocktails.
