From the southern slopes of Dogliani comes this bold Nebbiolo from the Pecchenino family’s Bricco Botti estate. The vines—25 years old and rooted in calcareous-clay soils—give fruit that’s rich, ripe, and full of character. A long maceration, followed by aging in large oak casks for 12 months, lends structure and polish. Raspberry, blueberry, violet, and spice lead the way, while elegant tannins frame a long, refined finish. Powerful in youth, complex with age. Pair with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and big Sunday pastas.
