From the warmer southeastern corner of Gavi, this 100% Cortese—planted in 1978 on calcareous clay soils—is all about balance and purity. Ripe, expressive fruit meets bright acidity, with aromas of lime, pear, apple, and tropical notes. Vinified in stainless steel to keep things fresh, this wine has a crisp, mineral-driven white with the texture to rival white Burgundy—perfect as an aperitif or paired with your favorite Piedmont starters. A great value too!
