From the cooler south side of Pico’s volcano in São Mateus, this rosé is a wild and wonderful mix of Saborinho (Tinta Negra), Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Merlot, and more—grown in old vines rooted deep in craggy lava rock. Fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 9 months, it’s vibrant and mineral-driven with earthy depth and island energy. A true taste of the Azores, full of texture, tension, and volcanic charm.
