From Laura Brennan Bissell’s cult-loved Inconnu label comes “No Gods No Masters”—a joyful, zippy take on California Cabernet. Grown in cooler-climate organic vineyards and made with a light touch, this is medium-bodied Cab with bounce. Bright red and blue fruit aromas lead into a palate of juicy cherry, blackberry, and cracked pepper. Refreshing acidity, gentle tannins, and a modest ABV make it endlessly drinkable—and a total overachiever for the price.
