About this wine
Austria. 70% Grüner Veltliner, 30% Roter Traminer. spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, 70% destemmed and 30% whole cluster, for 8 days without crushing. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with a little sulfur addition. Notes of apples and peaches, a hint of roses from the Traminer. Good structure and body, a pleasant balance between fruit and minerality. 1L.
