Sourced from three vineyards at the foothills of Chaintré—Les Chambardes, Les Pelouses, and Les Jonchayes—this hand-harvested Bourgogne Blanc is a shining example of Mâcon precision and restraint. Grown on clay-limestone soils and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, the wine spends 10 months aging on its lees with zero fining and minimal intervention. It’s all citrus, minerality, and quiet depth, with a clean, elegant finish that speaks fluent terroir.
