From a 10-hectare plot in the Languedoc, this stainless steel–aged Picpoul comes from 15-year-old vines rooted in clay-limestone soils. True to its name—Picpoul literally means “lip-stinger”—this light-to-medium-bodied white is all about bright acidity, with notes of green apple, citrus, and delicate florals. It’s a natural with oysters, shrimp, bacalao, or anything golden and fried. Coastal vibes in a bottle.
